Back to work out

New week, new rules… new you? Following the Plan B restrictions easing and no longer being advised to work from home, workers are planning on heading back to the gym as well as the office.

Kickstarting the working week with some exercise has a positive impact on the rest of the week for more than half of us (55%) and for those who like to exercise, a Monday is the day 16% pledge to visit the gym or book an exercise class.

Indeed, 60% plan on working out more when they return to the workplace, with women more motivated to than men (66% vs 53%), according to new research from The Gym Group, who are helping the nation to get active with their ‘Back To Work-Out’ campaign and giving away free one day passes every Monday throughout February.
