How often have you pretended to be fine when you’ve been asked the question: “Are you okay?”
According to a new survey released from Santander, two thirds of adults say they pretend to be okay when they
are actually struggling with their mental health.
The main reason that four in 10 adults choose not to share how they are truly feeling when someone asks them
how they are is because they fear that other people do not really want to hear their problems.
Next week marks the end of the UK furlough scheme, which could see money worries impactsome workers’ mental
health even more if their employers choose to make them redundant once the government support stops.
