Brits crave stronger social skills and deeper connections

Whilst it’s never been more important to take care of our physical and mental health, Brits are increasingly looking to boost their ‘social fitness’ too.

Research released today by Three UK shows that Brits are looking to enhance their social and communication skills, build stronger networks and a forge a deeper sense of belonging with those around them.

According to the study, more than two thirds (69%) of the nation admit they could have stronger emotional connections with the people in their network.

The figures come as Three UK is set to launch the world’s first social fitness hub- Mind, Body & Scroll, which opens on 7th and 8th August at The Outernet, London and people can sign up for free via Eventbrite.
