Brits quitting their jobs at ‘highest rate in a decade’
Over the past year you may have heard the following terms: lying flat, the great resignation, and quiet quitting.
You may have also seen thousands of students pulling of university courses.
You yourself may even feel a disconnect with your job that comes from a lack of fulfilment, stagnation, and the inability to see a path to a possible promotion. You may have also come to the realisation that you would like a career redirection.
One option, chosen by thousands of people is to grow via CPD – a continuing professional development. This is a way to hone an existing skill or learn new ones in preparation for a promotion of an entirely new career.
Aston spoke to Amanda Rosewarne, CEO and co-founder of the CPD Standards Office.
