With June 1st recognised as one of the busiest days for weddings in the UK and full-on wedding season fast approaching, betrothed couples up and down the country will be frantically planning the finer details of their big day. New research from Emirates Holidayssuggests over 2.5m hours are spent organising honeymoons – a third more time than a usual holiday.

In fact, a quarter (25%) of engaged couples say their honeymoon planning is as, or more stressful as selecting their wedding party (19%) and picking the food for their big day (27%). So, how can soon-to-be weds strip all the stress out of a time that’s meant to be relaxing?

Aston spoke to Jordan Rowntree, honeymoon planning expert who has given to help honeymooning Brits get the most out of their post-nuptials breaks.
