Calls to bring more diversity into Christmas decorations

The time of year where families and friends come together to celebrate the Christmas season is almost upon us but
concerns remain that the festive period can appear particularly ‘white’.

British-based Christmas decoration and shopping brand March Muses, co-founded by Natalie Duvall and Alison
Burton, is determined to use its ornaments to open discussions around diversity and race in the home and in the
retail space. Each figurine is named after an inspirational person of colour.
