Chef Nathan Outlaw on being eco-friendly

It seems Brits have been figuring out how to live more sustainably after more than a year of lockdown restrictions.

Research out today by Estrella Damm says we’re passionate about continuing our good habits and are even willing to fall out with people who aren’t ‘eco-friendly’.

We’re making shopping lists, planning meals ahead and a third (32%) are working their way through store cupboard food, all steps which help cut down food waste.

Aston spoke to Michelin star chef Nathan Outlaw to discuss about the research and also about the new lovers campaign.
