According to new research to coincide with this book launch, a third of companies have already moved to a shared working space, and a further 43% are considering it. However, 72% of employers feel that having a physical office space is still essential for attracting talent.

The UK seems to be slowly falling into step with Iceland in adopting a four-day working week, with 38% of businesses surveyed actively considering the move. Only a third of businesses expect their employers to be in the office 5 days a week.
