Denise van Outen stars in a new film that helps parents navigate education options

Denise van Outen has travelled back to the 90s in a new online film that playfully shows parents just how much the world of education has changed since they were at school themselves – and why they shouldn’t rely on their own outdated experiences when it comes to advising their teens.

New research reveals that over half (58%) of parents admit that they don’t fully understand the range of qualifications now available to their child, with one third of parents of teenagers (29%) believing university degrees are the only way for their teens to be successful.

Parents’ lack of knowledge of today’s education landscape could be unknowingly limiting their child’s future options and career prospects.
