As the nights get darker many of us will feel a seasonal shift in our moods, but there are some very simple things we can do to give ourselves a boost.
Small acts can create a ripple effect of positivity and often even the slightest everyday actions, such as going for a walk, can provide the biggest boost to our spirits.
