Dr Ranj on improving health care

Patients across England are being encouraged to take just ‘three minutes’ to give vital feedback on their health and social care experiences.

New research shows despite almost all patients in England (87%) wanting a better health and social care service, highlighting the need for improvements, one in five (19%) don’t believe they have the time to provide feedback, and two in five (40%) don’t know how to do it.

The campaign, which forms part of ‘Share For Better Care Week’ (24th February – 2nd March 2025), will help improve health and social care across England and form real patient feedback to the service.
