Emmanuel Asuquo supports the NSPCC’s annual Number Day in Basildon

The NSPCC is thrilled to announce its celebrity ambassador Emmanuel Asuquo will be supporting the charity’s annual Number Day with a visit to Vange Primary School and Nursery in London Road, Basildon.

Number Day takes place on Friday 7^th February 2025, and the NSPCC hopes to see a record number of primary schools across the country taking part in a range of maths-related activities and games, including ‘Dress up for Digits’. These activities aim to enthuse children about mathematics, as well as fundraise for the charity.

As part of Number Day, he will be in a local school leading a talk on the importance of being number confident and how crucial it is to instil values of financial literacy within children from a young age.
