Essex Karate launch two new classes

Local karate group Essex Karate will be starting up two classes on a Wednesday and Thursday.

Wednesday’s children can take part in a karate training session which take place at Laindon Community Centre in Aston Road, Laindon from 5 to 6pm

Thursday’s will see a self defence & musical fitness glass for teens & adults which will take place at Trinity Church Hall in Basildon from 7 to 8pm.
