F1 2022 preview

With the new season of Formula 1 about to get under way with the first round of the new season in Bahrain on 20th March.

20 drivers will battle to become world drivers champion for 2022 including reigning champion Red Bull’s Max Verstappen. There is British interest this year who are 7 time world champion Sir Lewis Hamilton along with his new team mate at Mercedes George Russell and McLaren’s Lando Norris. The only rookie on the grid this year is Alfa Romeo’s Guanyu Zhou who becomes China’s first F1 driver, whilst two drivers return to the grid who are Kevin Magnussen at Haas and Alex Albon at Williams.
