Footballer Lenell John-Lewis previews EFL playoff finals

Last-minute winners, playoff heartbreak and fans hiding behind the sofa — the EFL playoff finals are back, bringing what many consider the most dramatic weekend in football.

Ahead of the Wembley action, former EFL striker Lenell John-Lewis is available for interview to preview the playoff finals, discuss football’s biggest pressure moments and reveal the matchday rituals, superstitions and “red cards” fans swear by when everything is on the line.

The interviews come as Retailer John Lewis announces the signing of Boston United striker Lenell John-Lewis, a player whose career has famously been accompanied by the terrace chant: “his name is a shop!”

The play-offs signal the start of a huge summer of football with new research from John Lewis revealing that more than half (58%) of people across the UK will be watching football from home this summer, with many trading pub crowds for sofa seats and home comforts.
