Honey Langcaster-James on Wi-Fi woes

We all know just how annoying slow internet speeds can be, and with the average Brit having 7 devices connected to their network it’s no wonder we can be left with forever buffering videos and lagging video calls.

For many, it might be hitting breaking point. According to recent research by EE a quarter of those surveyed said they have had arguments with their family over their Wi-Fi usage, and 18% said they had disconnected someone without telling them with the aim of improving their own speed.

With 22% of parents saying their children use the internet most for streaming services and 20% saying they use it for gaming the home Wi-Fi is being stretched and so too are family relationships.
