How much sugar do we eat over summer?

The UK’s nutrition-app market is experiencing “significant growth”, driven by rising health awareness and demand for personalised nutrition guidance. Yet despite the growing popularity of digital health tools, most Britons are not actively monitoring what they eat.

New research conducted by YAZIO reveals that 65% of UK adults do not actively track calories, while more
people say they used to track calories (25%) than currently do so every day (12%).

The findings suggest many consumers have experimented with calorie counting but ultimately abandoned the habit.

Aston spoke to health & wellness coach Sarah Stannard.
