For the first time since 2019, the new series of I’m a Celebrit… Get Me Out Of Here! returns to Australia. 10 celebrities have made their way to camp or have they?

Here’s what happened on launch night:

  • The public voted Love Island’s Olivia Attwood and Culture Club singer Boy George as Jungle V.I.P’s and they chose radio broadcaster Chris Moyles and TV presenter Scarlette Douglas respectively as their fellow Jungle V.I.P’s.
  • This meant part 1 of a trial to earn meals for their camp saw TV presenter and broadcaster Charlene White, comedian Babatunde Aleshe and former England Women’s footballer Jill Scott had to walk across a plank and lean over an edge of the plank, however Babatunde forfeited his part of the trial by saying “I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!.
  • Part 2 of a trial to earn meals for their camp saw former England Rugby Union player Mike Tindall, Coronation Street actress Sue Cleaver and Hollyoaks actor Owen Warner had to complete a series of challenges to unlock stars from their padlocks which had different combinations.
  • After their trials, the 6 non Jungle V.I.P’s (Babatunde Aleshe, Charlene White, Jill Scott, Mike Tindall, Owen Warner and Sue Cleaver) made their way into camp. However those who are Jungle V.I.P’s (Boy George, Chris Moyles, Oliva Attwood and Scarlette Douglas) will automatically be facing the first bushtucker trial of the series.
