Britain is in a state of constant busyness, according to new research with many people looking for ways of feeling more efficient… 88% of the country saying their ever-extending to-do lists instil feelings of frustration, stress, regret and guilt.

Further, the study by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), found that seven in ten of us (70%) are likely to blurt out how busy they are when asked the simple question: ‘How are you?’ – Have we replaced the old go-to answer of ‘I’m fine’ with ‘I’m busy’?

Aston spoke to Emma Stranack, PPI campaign lead from Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to discuss why Britain is stuck in a ‘busy state of mind’ and how to help people take a step back and tackle their task lists – such as claiming for PPI – in a more efficient and healthy way.
