Inspiring UK’s biggest business leaders to join trailblazers in signing new CEO diversity pledge

Co-operative Group, Marks and Spencer, Page Group, Superdrug and Unilever are among the nation’s best-known companies looking to inspire business leaders to put diversity and inclusion at the top of the corporate agenda this year and follow them in signing the CEO Activist & Moving the Dial on Diversity Pledge.

With the aim of creating more inclusive workforces and providing better support and engagement for all underrepresented groups, Co-operative Group CEO Steve Murrells, plus counterparts at M&S, Steve Rowe, and at Page Group, Steve Ingham, founded the movement with DIAL Global, a diversity and inclusion accelerator powering business growth through specialist knowledge, advice and expertise.

Their collective mission is to inspire more than 100 CEOs to affect change in their organisations in 2022 and create fairer workplaces for all.

Aston spoke to Leila McKenzie-Delis, founder of DIAL Global and McKenzie-Delis Foundation.
