JLS singer JB Gill on fussy eating

Over half of parents in the UK are ‘surprised’ that their toddlers enjoy food with added spice dispelling the myth that they’re fussy eaters.

Research published today shows that little ones are open to trying new foods and flavours, with more than half (57.7%) of mums and dads saying they were surprised to see that their babies and toddlers enjoyed food with added spice. They also like fish ! with 38% of those questioned saying their children were prepared to try prawns and salmon.

But it’s not all plain sailing – the survey by Organix found 1 in 2 little ones (59.3%) refuse to eat a new food at least half of the time.

Aston spoke to JB Gill from JLS and fussy eating expert Lucy Gilbert.
