La Danse Fantastique’s Parkinson’s classes

Local performing arts La Danse Fantastique run classes for adults who have Parkinson’s and their carers on a Monday from 11am to 1pm at 30 Bowlers Croft in Basildon.

The classes are split into 1 hour of singing and 1 hour of dance, which the teachers and their volunteers had to go through training from a NHS Parkinson’s nurse to be able to assist and teach those with Parkinson’s before they started running the classes.
