Listen: businesses are being urged to make workplaces more pet friendly

But as we’re now returning to work, pet owners say they’ll be spending more than £5,000 annually on daycare for their animals.

That’s according to research commissioned by Bella & Duke who found 8 out of 10 office workers in the UK are currently unable to take their pet to work but the majority* would if they could!

The survey found that having pets in the office would boost team morale, with more than 30% believing people work better with a cat or dog in the office and 36% agreeing it’s also good for the pet’s wellbeing to accompany their owner to work.
