Listen: hitting ‘refresh’ this January

January is just a month like any other, apart from it sitting right after Christmas.. Don’t hibernate and be miserable, and instead see January as a time to embrace the new year and a chance to hit refresh.

The Gym-Joiner – The new year is a great time to pick up a new sporting hobby or start a new challenge. They’re a great way to meet people and keep yourself busy during the week. Most people default to a new gym membership, but there are plenty of others ways to keep yourself active that don’t involve a treadmill or a cross trainer. I’m personally a big fan of movements that I can enjoy or can learn something from, which is why Caleño is launching a ‘Latin Dance School’ in January at The Palm House in Victoria. It’s a great way to keep fit, but also pick up a new skill too and make some new friends, especially as we’ve tagged on some alcohol-free social drinks to the end of the class too.
