We all know we should be doing our bit for the environment by recycling, but are we doing it right?

Millions of us admit we are still confused about what can and cannot be recycled at home as the rules differ so vastly across councils.

There is a new Behaviour Change Board whose sole aim is to reeducate the nation and put an end to our recycling faux pas by creating positive, long-lasting habits.

The current recycling system seen across the UK is felt by many to be a kerb-side post-code lottery, a system that has led to confusion.
