Listen: Please mind the generational gap

Is it appropriate to use emojis in work emails? Do you judge colleagues who don’t respond promptly? Have you ever misunderstood tone in a message? Do you know the correct workplace etiquette?

Depending on your age, your answers may vary – and this conflict has resulted in nine in ten workers having witnessed clashes between different generations in the workplace.

That’s according to findings from the latest Digital Etiquette Study from The Adaptavist Group. Entitled Mind The Generational Gap, the research has revealed exactly what the most common multigenerational misunderstanding.
