10th October is World Mental Health Day and right here in the UK it is one of the biggest health concerns where 6 in 100 suffering from stress and anxiety, 8 in 100 with depression and 4 in 100 battling PTSD. Mental health doesn’t just affect adults it can effect children as well.
To help us overcome our mental health is to speak to someone everyday and also Silva Wellness have offered tips on breathing and gave other advice as well to help us combat mental health.
