Local roads investment still falling short

Glimmers of hope but despite an increase in highways funding for some – there is still a big discrepancy between the haves and have nots when it comes to fixing local roads.

That’s the conclusion of this year’s Annual Local Authority Road Maintenance (ALARM) survey, published today (March 26th 2019) by the Asphalt Industry Alliance (AIA).
