Louise Minchin on menopause & sleep

A new poll has revealed the extreme lengths many women experiencing symptoms of the menopause will go to in a bid to get some sleep.

The study by Woolroom, the UK’s leading wool bedding retailer, shows 8 in 10 (83%) women face disrupted sleep during this time, with the majority (74%) suffering from night sweats.

Indeed, feeling too hot (68%) is the biggest barrier preventing them from getting a decent night.

This news comes as Woolroom launches its Clean Sleep campaign with Louise Minchin.

Aston spoke to broadcaster Louise Minchin and Chris Tattersall, clean sleep environment expert and managing directer of Woolroom.
