Mental Health Awareness Week & Dementia Awarenss Week

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week and Dementia Awareness Week and Vita Health Group will be at the Towngate Theatre in Basildon today from 5 to 7pm reaching out to everyone within the community to help those who are struggling.
