Mobile Phone Addiction

A new report from Ofcom today has suggested that we are addicted to our mobile phones, checking them at least once every 12 minutes.

Here’s some stats:

• 40% use their phones on the toilet
• 56% check their smartphones before sleep
• 61% store their phones turned on under their pillow or next to the bed
• 50% feel uneasy when they leave their phones at home
• 50% of teens admit they are addicted to their phones
