Motivated Minds – August 2024

Following on from their fun in the sun challenge that Motivated Minds hosted in July. They now have a new challenge which is already under way which is the yoga challenge.

This is being held every Thursday at their Happy Hub centre in Eastgate Shopping Centre, Basildon.
