National Careers Week 2022
The last couple of years have highlighted the immense role that the NHS plays across our country and the pandemic has led to many people to re-evaluating their careers and looking for more fulfilling jobs.
To mark National Careers Week (7th – 12th March), the NHS has released new research, as part of the We Are The NHS campaign, which reveals that 92% of NHS staff would recommend that friends and family follow them into the health service.
Furthermore, 88% of UK adults believe the pandemic has made them more appreciative of the work done by those in the NHS and 65% would consider a career in the NHS.
