45% of UK adults suffer with joint paint, including over a fifth (23%) that say they are in constant pain every day. Suffering from acute and chronic pains are then habitually treated with pharmaceutical remedies by nearly eight in ten (79%). However, with the potential side-effects of overuse, what other natural pain relief options are available?

Over half (53%) of the country are open to exploring natural remedies, for over a third (36%) it’s a definite plan to treat their ailments with natural choices. For instance, turmeric’s anti-inflammatory benefits have seen it hailed as ‘the queen of protective herbs’.
