Nutritionist tips to still enjoy our favourite foods
It is the classic cycle… indulge in all our favourite foods throughout the festive season, followed by ‘new year, new me’.
And this year, nearly half (48%) of us are prioritising our weight, with more specific aspects of health taking a back seat, according to new research by Eatlean.
34% of people are looking at their mental health, 22% their brain health, 19% their immunity, 16% plan are considering their blood pressure, 14% their cholesterol, 16% on their blood sugar, and 10% on their bone health.
So what diets are we trying in 2023?
