Rare Productions holding auditions for We Will Rock You

Youth theatre company Rare Productions are holding auditions on Thursday 18th June at Towngate Theatrre in St Martin’s Square, Basildon and on Sunday 21st June at Billericay School in Billericay for their upcoming show We Will Rock You which will be performed on 29th to 31st October at Towngate Theatre in Basildon.

The auditions are open for anyone aged 7 to 18 years old, however they must be 8 years old by the time of show week for them to perform. Here are the dates and times of the auditions that are taking place:

AUDITION 1 – Thursday 18th June 2026

• 6.15pm – 7.45pm (7-12 years old) – You can arrive anytime during this time slot.
• 7.45pm – 9.15pm (13-18 years old) – You can arrive anytime during this time slot.

AUDITION 2 – Sunday 21st June 2026

• 2.00pm – 3.00pm (7-12 years old) – You can arrive anytime during this time slot.
• 3.00pm – 4.00pm (13-18 years old) – You can arrive anytime during this time slot.
