Re-defining beauty

We’re a nation of “beauty-embracers”, redefining what it means to be beautiful and confident.

That’s according to new research into the opinions of Gen X women which has revealed inner confidence, honesty and being there for others tend to define beauty, more than the superficial. 

To this generation of women, beauty certainly isn’t just skin deep, with the ability to laugh at yourself also considered an important trait.

Aston spoke to confidence coach Jo Emerson and scientific skincare advisor Claire O’Connor about the research.
