Ross Kemp on fitness and finanical planning

Across the UK, people are working hard to slow down the signs of ageing. Gym sessions, new diets and sleep tracking are becoming routine as people look for ways to feel younger for longer. Nearly one in five adults say they prioritise this over preparing financially for later life.

But new research from Pension Attention shows that while 37% of people made a lifestyle change to improve their health in the past year, only 29% organised their finances for retirement. Around a third set themselves a new fitness goal, yet far fewer took steps to strengthen their pensions. The findings suggest people are putting energy into staying young today, but overlooking the financial realities that will shape their future.

Aston spoke to actor & TV presenter Ross Kemp and pension trainer & financial advisor Bola Sol.
