Teaching children about finances this Talk Money Week

Money is inescapable at the moment. It dominates the news, casual conversations, and constantly occupies the minds of most adults – now more than ever before.

However research by Raisin UK found that more than two thirds (68%) of children aged 8 – 16 do not understand how taxes work, 74% about pensions, and 41% mortgages.

Teaching children about finances, and these core products, equips them with arguably the most important knowledge and skills they will need for the future.
