As Britain basks in its third summer heatwave, it’s not just thermometers rising. It’s the number of Brits reaching for the tongs.

New research has revealed that barbecue culture has firmly taken hold in the UK, with a third of adults (33%) now saying that barbecuing is an essential part of their summer experience.

According to the study from Bar-Be-Quick, over a third of Brits (39%) believe the UK has now caught up with the US when it comes to barbecue culture.
