TV expert Jamie East on what we should watch on TV in 2022

Who doesn’t love TV? Every jaw-dropping moment, every excited social post before the start, every post-show hypothesis and debate with friends… TV gives us all the feelings.

Whether it is Rob Beckett and Romesh Ranganathan having us in fits of laughter as they enter the world of strongman competitions, the moment Keeley Hawes is back on our screens in the remake of classic science-fiction novel, The Midwich Cuckoos, or a breath-taking new look at Mother Teresa, we will no doubt want to share our predictions and feelings with friends and family.

In fact, we are becoming a nation of armchair experts and couch critics as more than a quarter (27%) of us have posted a TV or film review online at some point, according to research by Sky.
