UK mums struggling to prioritise self care

Three quarters of British mums are struggling to maintain balance in their lives, finding every day “life admin” all too overwhelming to juggle with their kids’ demands.

A poll of 2,000 mothers found almost half (43%) haven’t even had time to visit the doctor, due to life getting in the way.

Well Pharmacy, who commissioned the study, is urging mums to allocate more time for themselves each day, so they can de-stress and prioritise their own health too.
