World AIDS Day

Every year World AIDS Day aims to raise awareness, remove stigmas, educate and change perspectives on how HIV is viewed.

This year’s theme ‘Let Communities Lead’ is shining a light on those living with HIV and what life really looks like for them, which in turn will hopefully reduce and eventually eradicate stigma.

HIV in View is a campaign led by pharmaceutical company ViiV Healthcare whose mission is to ensure that no person living with HIV is left behind.

Aston spoke to Dr Nneka Nwokolo, head of global patient affairs at ViiV.
