World Sleep Day
March 18th is World Sleep Day. Good quality, regular sleep helps maintain mental health and wellbeing. It allows the body to recover physically and mentally, reduces stress, improves memory, helps us maintain a regular weight and prevents illnesses. Yet so many people struggle to get a good night’s sleep.
To highlight World Sleep Day, Aston spoke to psychologist and mental health & wellness expert Dr Audrey Tang.
