You snooze you lose!

We’re all guilty of hitting the snooze button now and then (some more than others!) to get those precious extra few minutes in bed, but now health experts warn this could have serious health risks.

A report released today by neuroscience and psychology experts has revealed that over 80% of alarm-using Brits admit they press the snooze button at least once every morning, with over half blaming the button for leaving them feeling tired, groggy and missing breakfast.
