Alice Kershberg from Essex & Herts Air Ambulance on Gateway

Alice Kershberg leads the Patient & Family Liaison Team at Essex & Herts Air Ambulance – this is an aspect of their work that doesn’t get much attention – the amazing care that the team provide after an incident. Alice keeps in touch with all the patients and families and provides support, from arranging base visits to meet the crew to just checking in.
