Delayed and cancelled flights

Knock-on effects of cancellations and delays to flights across the UK and globally are hitting consumers in their pockets, with more than 3.9m flights affected in the last year.

Nearly two in five Brits (38%) of those polled in the YouGov survey said there just isn’t enough information about delayed or cancelled flights available. Further, nearly a third (32%) of people that have experienced a delay said they’ve then had to pay out of their own pockets to rectify a problem they have no control over.
