Do we need to plan for our financial futures?

According to new research by First Direct, nearly seven in 10 Brits (69%) don’t have a five-year plan in place for their finances.

In fact, a quarter of these prefer to take things day by day rather than putting any specific goals in place.

The research also revealed 22% believe life, including jobs and family are what gets in the way the most of putting one in place.
