Do we need to prioritise our brain health?
A new study has highlighted a worrying lack of attention to our brain health.
In today’s wellness age, we all want to look good, eat healthier, go to the gym, and take care of our mental health. There are LED devices to make your skin look younger, the newest juice cleanse that promises to make you healthier, and the latest workout that guarantees the perfect body. But are we really prioritising what is most important?
According to the survey from M&S Food as it launches its Brain Food range, overall men were more likely to get the answer correct across the three sums (50% vs 42% of women), and the Baby Boomer generation is most likely to have retained their multiplication skills (53% vs 45% of Gen Zs and 41% of Millennials).
Ros spoke to psychologist, nutritionist and brain health expert Kimberley Wilson.
