Listen: employees would give up promotion if they could work from anywhere

With the daily commute once again kicking in for many and companies, including Nike and Microsoft among the latest to tell workers to prepare once again for a more formal and regular return to the office, employees across the world are making their feelings known.

New research reveals a significant seven in ten (71%) employees would give up a promotion if they could work from anywhere.

Three in ten (28%) are considering a job change in the next six months, according to Ivanti’s survey of over 6,000 office workers and IT professionals. Nearly a quarter (24%) say they would quit their job if their employer forced them to go back full-time.

Ros spoke to David Shepherd, vice president EMEA at Ivanti.
